The Gaian Pathfinder Sessions include:

3 x 30-60 minute scheduled one-to-one chats with me with focused support to help you take your first steps on the Gaian Path. We’ll arrange suitable times and dates together for these calls. You can talk to me live on video, audio or even in writing in chat if you find talking live too stressful.

24/7 access to your own private online room where we can chat between calls.

A taste of what’s inside the Ditch the Black Dog Virtual Retreat – including a simple healing ritual and practices that work with nature and magick.

You get to keep any recordings and tools so you leave with something complete and healing, even if you never work with me again. Your private room will stay open for you for 3 months so you can revisit our conversations.

All for less than the cost of one hour with a therapist.
